Our process

01. Discovery

Every project begins with getting to know you, your business and your vision. Through our onboarding questionnaire and initial conversations, we'll explore your goals, values and the story behind your brand, helping us build a strong foundation for the design process.

02. Concept Development

Using everything we've uncovered during discovery, we'll create two comprehensive brand concepts for you to explore. Each concept is a fully considered creative direction, showcasing logos, colour palettes, typography and visual language to help you see how your brand could come fully to life.

03. Refinement

Once you've chosen your preferred direction, we'll refine and develop the concept through two rounds of revisions. This stage allows us to fine-tune the details, develop any supporting brand assets and ensure the final brand feels genuine, considered and aligned with your vision.

04. Delivery

Once approved, we'll prepare your complete brand package, including your final logo files, colour palette, typography, brand assets and detailed brand guidelines. We'll also onboard everything into your Canva account, so your branding is organised, accessible and ready to use from day one, giving you everything you need to confidently launch your business and make the most of your brand assets moving forward.
