Monthly Retainers

  • Our monthly retainers are designed to give small businesses consistent creative support without the stress of quoting for every task. It’s a flexible, collaborative way to keep your brand evolving.

    Ideal for clients we’ve already worked with on branding or website projects who now need ongoing design help or creative guidance as they grow.

    Retainers can be used for design, content creation, social media support, or general creative consulting, including help with small marketing needs or learning how to manage your own platforms and tools. We tailor each retainer to suit your business and where you’re at.


    Retainers include:

    • Monthly planning meeting to allocate work and set priorities

    • Design time that can be used across branding, print, digital, or content creation

    • Creative support and advice to help your brand grow with clarity and consistency

    • End-of-month summary of time spent and completed tasks

    • Billed at the start of each month

    • No lock-in contract

    • Unused hours can roll over to the next month

    • Additional hours can be added at an hourly rate of $85 p/hr


    Packages:

    • 10 hours — $800 / month

    • 15 hours — $1,175 / month

    • 20 hours — $1,520 / month
