Our process
01. Discovery
Every illustration project begins with getting to know your business, your vision and where the artwork will be used. We’ll chat through your ideas, references, style direction and any practical requirements, helping us create a clear foundation before sketching begins.
02. Concept Development
Using everything we’ve uncovered during discovery, we’ll create initial sketches or concept direction for you to review. This stage focuses on the overall composition, feeling and creative direction before moving into the detailed illustration work. You'll receive two rounds of revisions during the sketching stage, allowing us to refine the concept and ensure we're heading in the right direction before the illustration is finalised.
03. Refinement
Once the concept direction has been approved, we'll bring the illustration to life through colour, detail and final artwork. During this stage, we'll focus on refining the approved concept and ensuring every element feels polished and cohesive. One round of minor revisions is included at this stage, allowing for small adjustments and refinements to the final artwork.
04. Delivery
Once approved, we’ll prepare your final illustration files for their intended use, whether that’s print, digital, packaging, social media or brand collateral. You’ll receive beautifully organised artwork files ready to use across your business.

Illustration projects typically range from $350 for individual illustrations or icon sets, through to $2,800+ for comprehensive illustration suites and brand illustration packages. Final pricing is based on the scope, complexity and intended usage of the artwork and we will always custom quote your project.
